She did not let us eat the lovely fish, but spoiled it. We thought at first she was just putting butter o to make it nicer for us. But she cut off its lovely head and tail so thin, wrapped it in silver stuff and put thyme and butter and then cooked it. Imagine that! Spoiling the lovely fish with cooking it. Then she shared it with the fishing boy we like so very much and did not give us even a thin bone. Sometimes she can be so very selfish.
When first we started there were four of us, all ginger, and Max. Time has passed. The ginger pride are ghost cats, appart from Elmo. Now the house holds Max, oldest, tabby farm cat, dark, usually found sleeping on a cushion, Elmo, last of the Gingers, beautiful handsome and wonderful who still walks to the high hill top. And now there is Baggage and Bundle, silver mischief in sharp clawed kitten form. The adventures continue.
