Bijou continues to be fascinated. We snuggled in bed this morning and watched the video on our phone and he could not take his eyes off it.

It is so magical, this digital world. That an urban indoor cat in California can join his Welsh cousins in a walk about a delicious countryside.

One of my cats has been very keen to watch the series on at the moment of lions being released into the wild. He's never paid attention to the TV before.
I love your Ginger ones.

Isn't that charming?! I will see if Willow will watch your video.

Tonight the rag-tag old boy who is owned by an awful family up the street was on our back porch with a bleeding gash over his right eye. He eats every night in his own bowl in the patio (has added some needed weight) and is now letting me pet him. Tonight he had a great appetite for a special can of Fancy Feast to help his battle wounds hurt less. I asked one of the icky children in that family what his name is and she said, "Scar." Figures. In any case, I think that Scar trusts me enough now to possibly allow me to put him into a cage. We want to have him altered and if the eye thing gets worse now is definitely the time. They have reduced fees the first Thursday of the month for altering/spaying strays. I will not mention that he has a "family" because no one would question that he was a stray, given his worn appearance.

Love the picture of Bijou watching Elmo and Pixie on YouTube :-)

I can image gingers all over the world sitting in front of computer screens with their bags of popcorn!

(Seriously), many thanks for the lovely film of Mr Mo & Pixie-Cat x

Our cats sit transfixed when wildlife programmes are on the television. Springwatch, with the bird nest cameras, is a particular favourite.

For all Chez Morris, but especially for Pixie, who had That Very Good Idea to write a book.

Cats are so smart! My cat likes to go on Facebook when I am on the computer!
