On Friday She abandoned us to the care of the building men and drove away again to Tenby. She came home too tired to cuddle a cat and then today off She went again. It would seem that She is making an exhibition of herself again. All the paintings can be seen on a long page on Her website by clicking on the link that is these words.
So, gather up your two legged human and make sure they have in hand a glass of fine wine and sit on their laps and take them to a virtual opening of Gold, paintings and illustrations by Jackie Morris, beautiful jewelery by Sara Lloyd-Morris.

I bet she was tired! Tell her thank you for sharing the virtual exhibition with us all. It was great.
ReplyDeleteLaurie and the cats.
The paintings are luminous and magical--and I do have a cat on my lap while viewing them.
ReplyDeleteI hope the builders recognize that they have very intelligent and special felines in their care--I should hate to think of a curious cat walled into a corner of the attic!
Hi,
ReplyDeleteJust looked at your 'Gold' link - it looks fantastic! Can't wait to see it in the flesh, will be a real treat!
All the best of luck with the exhibition Jackie...
Being so intelligent it is more likely that we will wall the builders up somewhere! Anyway, it is the electrician we need to watch out for!
ReplyDeleteTell Her Many People are Greatly Appreciative of the time & effort to post the "Gold" photos. She worked hard & the location of the museum & her work are spectacular, go very well together.
ReplyDeleteThe jewelry is fabulous.
I love your paintings. They are so nice and airy.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous..really gorgeous
ReplyDeleteThey are all lovely,
the goose head caught my eye.
A feast for the eyes
Thank you!
dearest gingers, you must be patient with Her for She has quite a beautiful exhibition underway, and it must have been very trying to get it all perfectly just so. Her gold paintings, oh my! i love the gold piece with the Nighteyes wolf. and the beautiful hares that Sara the jeweler has made.
ReplyDeleteif only i lived on your side of the big pond, to feast my eyes in person! and to walk with you, as well. that would truly be a treat!
what a fabulous exhibit! please thank her for her effort in putting the virtual tour together.
ReplyDeleteStunning!
ReplyDeleteYou are lucky lucky gingers to know shuch an artist.
What beautiful work you do!
ReplyDeleteEes so boodeeful!
ReplyDeleteWe like your paintings! Been looking at your blog. We see that you live in a really bueatiful place!!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous. Town, paintings, jewelery.
ReplyDeleteHope She has a wonderful show. The PM would have loved to have been there.
We have seen the update on the studio. That will be a wonderful place to snoop. The PM said the builders were "easy on the eyes" whatever that means.
She also sent Her the name of an interesting book. I don't think She has lots of freetime on her hands though with Gingers and builders.

Re the paintings of snow leopards: we saw film of a snow leopard pair in the wild on television last evening. I'm even more impressed at Her faithful detailing of them, in particular those wonderful long, fat, tails.
ReplyDeleteI didn't stay to watch the leopards take down a deer-like creature. We know that not all cats are served from a tin of gourmet cat food, but the process of taking a life for food is not for the faint-hearted.
Loved the virtual exhibition..so much beauty and inspiration as always. Love those kitties too.
