So much goodies - what about the growing?
ReplyDeleteRosie, the monsterdog. Is there anything, you don't eat?
The kittens here [Jemima and Chester] have done interesting things this week--shredding bits of paper, scattering quilt pieces, up-earthing potted plants--but they say they wouldn't dream of chewing such things--only a silly dog would do that!
ReplyDeleteThe dog in my house, an Afghan Hound named Shadow, does not eat forbidden objects, but she does indeed "gather" up things she fancies ... and she fancies some very unusual things ... she carried off a pound sack of wonderful Christmas candy - the soft peppermint disks which have Christmas trees in the middle - didn't eat any of them, but I suspect she did use the package as a rather lumpy pillow! She also took a container with my "egg money" in it and hid it with the Christmas candy ... she isn't destructive - she's just cat curious and likes to gather things up and put them in special places for when she has time to enjoy looking at them.
ReplyDeleteI didn't mean to sound condescending about Rosie--it is just interesting to note the differences in feline and canine natures. Cats have such a sense of being superior!
ReplyDeleteHow was the cow poo? Very good like pheasant?
ReplyDeleteIt's nice she actually remembered dog food in there. Tho' possibly the black ink was to give her blacker fur...
ReplyDeleteGosh...what a varied diet you have Rosie! lol
ReplyDeleteI think that's supposed to be healty...isn't it?! :)
