As Pixie snuffles and Maurice struggles to breath I have to walk alone. But still there are three. And as I walk there are three. Me, my shadow and the puddle cat. So, over the hill and far away for She is hunting dragons again.
On the high hill top we stop, we rest and She takes out Her small black book. Scratch scratch and the paper and a cold wind blows so I sneak inside her fur for warmth.
Back home, Max was disguised as an egg. Lazy cat.

Good to see you out and about again, Elmo.
Chin scritches to you and the the other gingers.(And that egg!)
I'm sorry to hear the others are not well. It saddens me to think they cannot join you as I know how much they loved that. Have a wonderful week. I enjoy your posts. Hugs, Deb=^..^=x5
so good to a-walking with you this morning. thanks.
Oh Elmo !! you most adorable of all man cats.
Glad to hear that Maurice and Pixie are holding their own. Is Max incognito as a dragon egg ??
Love (and nose kisses) to all.
Finn, Levi, Henry and MamaMeow
I love to see Elmo out on his adventures again.
That definitely looks like a landscape with dragon hatching potential
I love photo 4, a masterpiece! I hope Pixie and Maurice are able to join you soon.
Sorry, John. Maurice barely has breath to walk around the garden. Has steroid injections every other week and is looking quite worn and Pixie may never shake her cold. Sometimes she bears it well but it seems to get worse.
Both out enjoying the sunshine today though.
Have a look at the other 'cat up a jumper pic on http://www.drawingalineintime.blogspot.com
Sending blessings to your two poorly cats. We could all do with some sun, I think!
So interesting! Our ginger darling has the exact same birthmark patches on her botton lip as does yours! We love our ginger!

I am sorry your two cats are gettiing older. At least one can still take a walk with you. The other two are with you in spirit and would be there if they could.
Memories ...
How lovely of Her, to share her fur with you.
Cenya and Buidhe
Oh Elmo, I am so glad you found a snug place out of the wind, a very cute photo of you peeking out from beneath! give cat kisses to Max, Pixie and Maurice for me

Purrs and rubs to dear Maurice and sweet Pixie. Good on Elmo for holding up the side.
WOL and the PBC's
Can't the vet do anything for poor Pixie?
Peace to Maurice and Pixie, and warm sunshine.
I love that picture of Max, keeping his nose warm with a paw, but Elmo the Magnificent is glorious.
I do feel for Maurice having injections. I hate those. I hope Pixie-cat will shuffle off that annoying cold in the sunshine. At least we're getting some sunshine now.
Even though their range is restricted, I'm sure Maurice & Pixie know that you are doing everything to keep them comfortable & able to enjoy the sunshine.
Warm thoughts to you all & best wishes to Glyn & Nadolig too (must be time for an updat on them?)
Looks very Springy over there! We are looking at 3 feet of snow outside our windows and it's -27 with the wind chill. The PM was planning on staying in yet saw the four crows that she feeds sitting in the pines, looking forlorn. She bundled up and gave them a mexican meal of left over black bean and sweet potato. She also made them a couple of peanut butter toasts.
Spring will soon be sprung in Wales Jackie, so lets hope that some sunshine and longer days will help Pixie and Maurice.
The phrase, "I sneak inside her fur for warmth" and the accompanying photo will stay with me forever.
Bundles of love to Maurice and Pixie from four cats in Silverton, Oregon, who dream of walks in places like that. They think Elmo has great lips!
