Pixie's plan.

This week I will be mostly writing a book. I have waited patiently for Her to do it and given Her lots of ideas, but have decided that I cannot wait any longer. She is busy colouring in, so I am going to write it.
Next week I will be looking for a publisher, and an illustrator. Maybe She might be able to do the pictures. She is quite good at painting big cats but not very good at painting real cats like me.

  2. Sounds like a great idea! But it's not easy, you know. I tried very hard to learn a trade with Her decorator, but there was always something to interrupt me or disturb my concentration. Toys, dinner, flies to chase, sleeps to have. Maybe because you're older than me, you'll manage to keep your dainty nose to the grindstone.

  3. Good plan, Pixie. It's always good to have a goal to reach for.
Do you think She'll let you use the computer?

  4. Dear Pixie,
Your posts show a keen observation of life around you, a wry humor regarding your companions. I think you have a gift. I look forward to anythng you may set down in your catly chronicles.

  9. You and the other Gingers have so much lovely material to call on just from your rambles and adventures on your walks! Reading back through your website, I have found many beautiful passages and imagery, such as the ghost cats in the ruins, and the other animals you encounter. Your musings on the seasons and cycles of the moon are quite evocative as well. Please do, yes DO write a book!
