It is a long time since we have walked over the hill to where the post stands by the blue sea. In the early morning we walked over today and the bluebells were beginning to flower by the path by the sea. For a while we sat and decided who it would be who would run up the post. Then Elmo played the game that makes Her heart stop, the game of getting really really close the the edge and jumping over......
.... and landing on the ledge below that She can't see. Gets Her every time!
And we went to the post because one of us is in a book called Paws for Charity, and you can buy the book and find out lots about it here.
Then we walked back up the hill and Elmo played kissing the gorse bush.

I am so jealous of the life these three lead :)
ReplyDeleteBest pics - as ever!
ReplyDeleteThey make me wonder - do you have to run ahead to get them coming 'at you' or do you just naturally walk much faster than them? I ask as a mother to 3 dogs who is constantly trying to find different ways to photograph them, before they know whats going on and get all shy and silly!
so many favorite shots in this post...love the three of them walking along the path, they look so darn determined. and of course Elmo up the sign (that is Elmo?)
ReplyDeletehave a terrific thursday sweet ones ^..^

ReplyDeletelove it when you all go for walks......love the scenery..the pure enjoyment of it..... sigh........
We are quite near the sea, but Dinah doesn't take us there. Too many bad dogs.
ReplyDeleteThere is going to be a Million Paws walk for charity here. soon. She asked if we would like to go.What! Stately cats, walking along with dogs wearing silly costumes? We think not, but Dinah will put some money in the tin on our behalf.
I always love to see 3 of u walk together like a tiger!
ReplyDelete(i'll second the comment above. oh, to be one of you gingers!)
ReplyDeletenaughty elmo, disappearing over the cliff's edge. you would have had me fainting with fright!
you three look so beautifully gingery, walking one behind another along the high seaside path. such a magical world you share with us, thank you.
Those are such amazing photos!!
ReplyDeleteThose are some really cool photos of you three!
ReplyDeletePerhaps someone should remind Elmo he only has nine lives to play with! Hre clearly likes to live dangerously.
ReplyDeleteI'm so jealous of the person you allow to live with you and photograph you! Off to buy the book.
ReplyDeleteYou really do have the most amazing photographs! I love it when all three 'gingers' follow one another in a line or two walk in pairs -- especially when their tails intertwine. So beautiful!
ReplyDeleteYou lucky, lucky gingers to have such a glorious place to roam and explore. Thank you for sharing you day. A~
