Stealing the cats' blog

We have just walked together in the dark of a cloud filled full moon night, around the bounds of the village before sleep.
I cannot express how quietly delighted I feel to see lights shining through the patterned curtains of Glyn's house, to know that he is there in his house filled with memories, safe and well.
Across the fields foxes are barking their eerie starlight barking calls and as we walk our shadows are made by the light from Glyn's house.

  2. A faint light from the Hare Moon shone through ragged clouds as I walked home tonight. Lights shone from my neigbours houses as I passed by. I'm glad that Mr Griffiths light still shines valiantly. Thank you for your lovely posts.

  3. For a comforting message like this I'm sure the Gingers don't mind your "stealing" their blog.
Thanks, Jackie, and please tell Mr.G. we're all thinking of him.

  5. Amazing, isn't it - how pure the joy is that follows worry and concern. The price we sometimes pay for caring is worry, but the payment we receive is that light hearted joy that revels in a simple thing like light from a window that was dark so long. I followed the story of Mr. Griffith and felt pretty joyful myself when he returned home to Nadilog and his house.

  6. We are so happy and relieved to hear that Mr. Griffiths is still doing well and that Nadolig is sticking close to home. Thank you for keeping us up to date on the both of them.

  7. What a relief to hear that Mr Griffiths is still doing well and the light from his home is illuminating the night. Still, i'm glad Nadolig came by and got you to look in on him. (Hope he finds his shaver, too *g*...it's important for people to be able to keep up their appearance.)
