First take one dog with long hair, then clip dog.
Take dog hair and spin using a drop spindle into a ball of hair and then knit.....under a fading moon.......
..until you have a puppy.
Introduce puppy to gingers...... and get Kiffer to teach her.....
...to sleep.
Please can you knit me one :)
ReplyDeleteOh my, there is nothing cuter than a baby animal... Kiffer clearly has done her job well.
ReplyDeleteOh, how wonderful!! A new puppy!! I can't wait to read about him (her?).
ReplyDeleteOhhhhh....a puppy. Such a beautiful, sweet puppy!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie...what did Kiffer name her?
ReplyDeletehahahah..... had me going for a bit there....!sweet little puppy....
ReplyDeleteOh yes! Puppies! Luv 'em! Thought of you today while in the pet store. There were two ginger cats up for adoption. One looked like Kiffer and the other was SO beautiful, looked
ReplyDeletelike...well...Elmo or Maurice. Can't tell the difference. They were both boys. Ooh! I wish I could have adopted them both, but Bailey is a one cat per household, cat. We had two for a while. Finally had to replace all carpeting and curtains!! They both had to be indoor cats because we have too many coyotes where we live. So one got to go back. Very sad, but he was soon adopted again.
Oooooooo! it really is a real puppy!!!! we were thinking 'typical! finding some displacement activity to distract from the painting of dragons!' (our's does that - she's knitting stripy socks!)
ReplyDeleteThe studio assistants
:) :)
Adorable! I'd love to knit one too, but I don't think my tabby and tortoiseshell darlings would approve at all...
ReplyDeleteOh dear! Hairs turn into puppies under the moon! Perhaps That Thing in mine house gwew fwom mine furs! I better be more careful with mine furs in the future!
ReplyDeleteKiffer's face is priceless

Buddy
Awwwww! How cute!
ReplyDeleteMy mum used to knit things with our cat's fur, but we never had kittens, we must have done something wrong!
He/she really does sleep like Kiffer!
Very nice of Kiffer to be so charitable. I love your buildup. I was thinking how ingenious to knit with dog hair!
ReplyDeleteSo that's where puppies come from! I often wondered....
ReplyDeleteWow! All mommy can knit is scarfs and ugly hats!
ReplyDeleteHehe what lovely tales you spin here Jackie :)
ReplyDeleteI just found your kind links to my worlds over there on the right, and feel like I have been renamed by Iorek :)
Thank you +++ !
