First find a rock in a high, wild place.
Try not to get stuck, but if you do..
..twist and turn a little and then...
...trust to the great god Bastet that a wild honeysuckle will hold you up...
...until you reach a place of safety.
From there, act casual. Cats do not get stuck whilst climbing.
Good climbing, Elmo! I wish I had some good rocks to climb. No rocks live in Florida though.
ReplyDeleteps: My felt mousies that we ordered from the Snow Leopard Trust have already arrived!!!
I definitely MEANT to do that!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos once again! The "act casual" scenes really got me. LOL.
ReplyDeleteNext time I go hiking and climbing, I must remember this.
ReplyDeleteAhh! Yes, it's the nonchalant attitude that sets us above other creatures, isn't it?
ReplyDeletePS Elmo, can you tell us why our people do not want us to play with snakes?

Oh that view! A rock in a high wild place. My soul craves that kind of place: high, wild, windy and sooo spacious. That's when I miss Flamborough the most!
ReplyDeleteWow...Elmo is such an amazing climbers! We are very impressed!

ReplyDeleteJust stumbled on your blog, and have to say I just LOVE your work! Great photos too - my ginger cat Arthur would be envious, as he only climbs furniture. :)

How very brave Elmo is - and what wonderful countryside he has to explore.
ReplyDeleteHow dull our Marrakeshi roofs seem in comparison!
Had a big fight with a tabby-cat this morning.
Mr.Robert had to fight him off with a chair.
