Talking to the animals

Sometimes the cats let me post on their site. This is one of those times.
Working at home I walked out of the studio to find Floss and Rosie huddled by the door.
"What's the matter dogs?" I asked. But they are dogs and they did not answer.
Then a huge cat ran down the hall, bouncing and with great purpose.
"Oh, Kiffer, are you being naughty?" I said.
"Mmmeow yes, " he replied with a cat giggle.
" Oh dear, I think I have been here on my own for too long!" I thought.
Kiffer just looked at me, head on one side (as always) and smiled.

Yes, the younger ones do, indeed, bounce purposefully.Huddled dogs/cats are regarded as trampolines.

Hi, We thought we'd just stop by and say hello! We live in Sidmouth, Devon and when we read you lived in Wales ... well we had to say Hello!

My cats and I have on-going conversations. They are creatures of many moods and know how to express them all. They are also more interested in what I have to say than is my husband!
