Who is the fairest of them all ?
The moon-eyed cat stretched and gazed into the mirror. " I am splendid", he said. " My fur shines like the light or the sun. My whiskers are long and purest white. Magnificent in my own being. I am Cat." And the mirror-cat looked back and smiled and stretched.
When first we started there were four of us, all ginger, and Max. Time has passed. The ginger pride are ghost cats, appart from Elmo. Now the house holds Max, oldest, tabby farm cat, dark, usually found sleeping on a cushion, Elmo, last of the Gingers, beautiful handsome and wonderful who still walks to the high hill top. And now there is Baggage and Bundle, silver mischief in sharp clawed kitten form. The adventures continue.

And there ensued a tremendous battle between the cat and the cat's reflection over which of them was fairer.
But then when Cat looked behind the mirror for his foe, Mirror-Cat was Gone!
What an absolutely darling photo and narrative! Just precious! I'm going to email this link to my Hubby. Cindy at Rosehaven Cottage
Not to underplay the exquisite beauty of your kitty
